Israel Canada to Acquire Control of Acro – Merger Valued at Approximately NIS 10 Billion

Israel Canada announced it will acquire control of Acro Real Estate as part of a merger expected to create a combined company valued at approximately NIS 10 billion. Both companies are primarily active in the luxury residential sector, and the transaction is intended to strengthen scale and market presence. Under the terms, Israel Canada’s value in the merger is set at NIS 6.9 billion and Acro’s at NIS 3.1 billion. Consideration will be paid through a mix of cash (40%) and shares (60%), subject to shareholder approvals and regulatory clearances.
