Barak Rosen is an entrepreneur, a leading Israeli businessman, and the founder of the Israel Canada Group, which he founded together with his childhood friend, and business partner Asaf Touchmair, and serves as the company’s CEO. He is also the founder and owner of Canada Israel, a private company that deals in real estate.

Rosen led the growth of Israel Canada in recent years, during which the company acquired some of the most sought-after land reserves in Israel, including in-demand areas in the center of the country. During these years, the company established some of the largest and most talked about projects in Israel, among them: the Da Vinci Towers, WIX Campus, Midtown Tel Aviv, Microsoft’s Middle East Headquarters, and ROM Tower.

Currently, under the leadership of Rosen, the company is undertaking new projects that will transform the Israeli real estate landscape. One such project is Midtown Jerusalem, which will offer upscale residential apartments, a commercial hub, hotels, and offices, serving as the entryway to Jerusalem. As a top-performing public enterprise, the company holds a prominent place in the Tel Aviv 125 Index.

Aside from their extensive involvement in residential and commercial real estate, Israel Canada has also established a hotel branch, Israel Canada Hotels, under the leadership of Barak Rosen and Asaf Touchmair. Within just a few years of operation, the company has already managed approximately 1,500 hotel rooms in ten hotels across the country, including the renowned Gali Kinneret Hotel, Play Hotel in Tel Aviv, and Lakehouse Kinneret Hotel. Furthermore, Israel Canada is actively pursuing new hotel initiatives both domestically and overseas and currently manages two hotels in Athens.

In 2022, Israel Canada expanded its portfolio to include sheltered housing by acquiring the Neve Aviv Club in Kfar Shmariahu from Isras Group. The company plans to upgrade the property and increase its occupancy. Additionally, Israel Canada values community involvement and will actively participate in Maccabi Tel Aviv Foundation’s various activities.
