- Apartments Sales: 3 billion shekels
- Office Sales: 690 million shekels
- North Park Partnership: 510 million shekels
- Alrov Real Estate Shares: 500 million shekels
- Capital Raising: 170 million shekels
One notable achievement highlighted in the report is the progress of the company's flagship project, Rainbow, located in Sde Dov. With a total of 166 apartments sold, the project has gained significant momentum, amounting to a value of 1.4 billion NIS. Importantly, Israel Canada has also obtained an excavation and landfill permit for Rainbow, indicating that construction activities are set to commence in the coming weeks.
