ICR’s Plan for Brodetsky Street Project has been Approved – Four New Buildings Totaling 166 Units

The project, which has an area of ​​about 7.5 dunams, is located at 33-39 Brodtsky St. in Tel Aviv. The complex has four railway buildings of 3 floors each, totaling 96 units. These buildings are expected to be demolished in favor of the construction of a residential project that includes 4 buildings of 6 floors each, and a total of 166 units with a mix of 3,4,5 Rooms, garden apartments and penthouses.
