The city of Ramat Gan has granted a building permit for Vertical City, one of Israel’s most ambitious real-estate developments. The project will feature a 72-story residential tower – set to become the tallest in the country – alongside a 60-story office tower, both rising above a shared commercial and employment podium.
The master plan includes landscaped public areas, an urban plaza, and an extensive public parking facility, while incorporating advanced green-building technologies and innovative energy solutions.
Leading the initiative is Israel Canada, in partnership with BSR and Clal Insurance. Barak Rosen, owner and CEO of Israel Canada: “This is a groundbreaking and highly significant project for the company and for the city of Ramat Gan. Together with the unique design by architect Raphael de la Fontaine, which sets new standards in both office and residential construction, the project will integrate cutting-edge systems and sustainable building methods.”
